Submitting offers
Prior to submitting an offer for a property make sure you have the included and understand the following.

1.Complete Purchase Agreement with all buyers and Agent Signatures and Initials.

2.Copy of Deposit Check Made Payable to      "  Title Co." If title company is known ahead of time it will be in Confidential Remarks on MLS.

3.Copy of Pre Approval Letter that Matches the Purchase Price

4. If offer is ALL CASH proof of funds is required with offer.

*All Buyers Must be Pre-Qualified with Well Fargo even if they are NOT using Wells Fargo  for their loan*

Seller choosed the Title Company and Home Warranty if applicable. Sellers title company is usually NOT local. Be aware that Prelims may take up to 2 weeks.


All properties have to be on the market for 5 days before any offer can be submitted to the bank.


Offers will  not be submitted if they are not complete.
